Maska

MASKA, which is Swedish for ‘knitted stitch’, was founded in 2009. Its mission? Creating high-quality clothing that transcends the seasons and that’s produced in a sustainable way.

This means that every MASKA item is made from natural fibers that are hand-picked for their lasting beauty. Materials that age quickly don’t stand a chance with MASKA. The brand’s concern for the use and maintenance of its items translates into a preference for wool, which barely needs laundering (and if it does, low temperature washes do the trick). In addition, the brand extends the life of its collections by delivering knitwear of the highest quality. For summer collections they also use woven fabrics such as linen and organic cotton.

All MASKA knitwear is produced in the EU, apart from one style which is produced in Nepal. The European factories adhere to the labor laws of the European Union, while the Nepalese factory complies with the fair labor guidelines of the Fair Wear Foundation.
