The Belgian brand BenG was founded in 2004. The company creates patterns and prototypes for textile designers and developers. BenG lives and breathes sustainability. Paper that’s not 100% recycled, for instance, is not welcome at BenG’s, and the company website operates on low-energy servers powered by windmills. 

BenG makes both digital and paper patterns. The first format gives designers the opportunity to digitally adapt their patterns, thereby saving on precious paper and textile. The company works with 2D or 3D prototypes as well, transforming them into actual physical examples if the client so desires. These prototypes too save a lot on textile.
